1.) From AccessMedicine website, click on “University of Tennesse” in the upper right corner, then click on “Create a Free Personal Account”
2.) Complete the registration form, including your user name and password, and click “Create Account”
3.) From you mobile device, download the appropriate app: iOS-Apple-iPhone-iPad or Android.
4.) Once downloaded, login with your personal account created in step one

Contrary vendor instructions which state you can automatically pair your device when on the UTHSC Mobile network, you must manually pair your iPhone or iPad, creating or logging into your Annual Reviews account. Login and get the pairing code Log onto your existing individual Annual Reviews account, if you already have one, or create a new account. Once logged in, a pairing code will be generated. It is valid for 24 hours and needs to be entered into your mobile device as soon as possible.
