• Baruch College Interactive Guide to using Copyrighted Media This free, interactive resource (requires Flash) is intended to help the user determine the appropriate copyright guidelines they must follow to use different types of copyright protected media in their courses. The audience for this are Baruch’s faculty, staff, and students, but the information is general.

• The Association of Research Libraries has produced a Code of Best Practices in Fair Use for Academic and Research Libraries that is a clear statement of its use in an academic setting. The PDF download is free.
