The Health Sciences Library is 24/7 with current UTHSC card swipe access only. Visitors may access our collections between the hours of 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday. We strongly encourage visitors to make an appointment before visiting the Library. To make an appointment, you may email library@uthsc.edu or call us at (901) 448-5634.
When you to the Library, please make sure to bring a photo ID. The Library is located on the second floor of the Lamar Alexander building, and is card swipe access only. You may page the front desk to be let in the Library. There is no parking directly adjacent to our building. You may view a map of the campus online as well as view information about parking closest to our location.
Visitors to the Health Sciences Library may access library journal subscriptions and databases and print or email full text articles for research purposes. Visitors may also read and scan pages from our print materials in the Library building.
