  2. Who is the intended audience for this publication? (Ex. general public, researchers, healthcare professionals, patients, etc.)
  3. Where was the document published or delivered?
  4. Is it a peer-reviewed publication? Where did you go to find the peer-reviewed information? 
  5. How would you cite the publication in AMA format?
