Q: Can the library email me an article available in its print collection?

A: Yes. Upon request, the library will scan and PDF the article to you. You will need to log in the library with your NetID and password to complete the document delivery request form. For detailed information, please visit

Q: What if an article I needed is not available in the library? 

A: You may request interlibrary loan (ILL) with your NetID and password to get the article. There is a fee for non-UT patrons. See details

Q: How should I pay for an interlibrary loan order? 

A: ILL service is free for UTHSC faculty, staff and students.  Non-UTHSC personnel may visit onsite for online collections and self-serve scanning print collections.
