All the PDF files added into your EndNote Library can be renamed in a consistent way. To do this, you will need to use EndNote Preferences to set it up. Choose PDF Handling under EndNote Preferences (For PC users the EndNote Preferences is under Edit; For Mac users the EndNote Preferences is under EndNote tab) and select the desired auto renaming option.
